Terms and conditions.

1. General

These terms govern your use of the IT Resellers Group platform at app.itresellers.be. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

Membership is available to independent IT resellers operating in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Luxembourg. All memberships are subject to approval by IT Resellers Group staff.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate company information, VAT numbers, and contact details. Membership fees apply as communicated during onboarding.

3. Platform usage

The platform provides price comparison, ordering, and marketing tools for members. Prices shown are excluding VAT and are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at the point of order with the respective distributor.

Eco-contributions (Recupel, Bebat, Auvibel, and equivalents) are displayed as informational data only, as reported by distributors. Data quality varies.

4. Orders

Orders placed through the platform for central stock are processed by IT Resellers Group. Orders directed at distributors are prepared through the portal, and the member is responsible for placing the final order.

IT Resellers Group does not generate invoices through the platform. Invoicing is handled separately.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown excluding VAT. The platform resolves the best available price for the member based on their tier, applicable adjustments, and current distributor offers. Price history is tracked for transparency.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and its content are the property of IT Resellers Group. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.

7. Liability

IT Resellers Group provides the platform as a tool for its members. We strive for accuracy in pricing and stock data, but cannot guarantee that all information from distributors is current or error-free. IT Resellers Group is not liable for decisions made based on platform data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the membership with reasonable notice. Upon termination, access to the portal is revoked. Existing orders and obligations remain in effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
