IT Resellers Group, operating at app.itresellers.be, is the data controller for personal data processed through this platform. We operate across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

We collect data that you provide directly when creating an account or using the platform:

- Company name, VAT number, addresses
- Ordering and purchasing data
- Platform usage data (login times, pages visited)

We process your data to:
- Provide access to the member portal and its features
